Esta serie reúne pinturas realizadas en distintos momentos que originalmente no fueron concebidas como parte de un mismo proyecto. Trece años después de su realización, pude reconocer entre ellas una unidad: una mirada temeraria y misteriosa hacia el futuro, atravesada por imaginarios apocalípticos y disidentes.

Más que reconstruir retrospectivamente una serie, Serie del comienzo permite reconocer preocupaciones que ya estaban presentes en mi práctica antes de poder identificarlas como tales. Acrílico sobre MDF.

This series brings together paintings made at different moments that were not originally conceived as part of the same project. Thirteen years after they were created, I recognized a common thread between them: a bold and mysterious vision of the future, shaped by apocalyptic and dissident imaginaries.

Rather than retrospectively constructing a series, Serie del comienzo reveals concerns that were already present in my practice before I was able to recognize them as such.
